We are thankful you have chosen to shop at Treehouse Toys. We are proud of the products we sell and want you to be delighted with your purchase. The Returns and Exchanges Policy stated here is for Web Site Orders only. If you have any questions regarding products purchased in our retail stores, please contact the store directly. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us on line, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and we will refund the purchase price. Please note: the item(s) you want to return MUST 1. have been purchased through treehousetoys.us 2. be in the original packaging and have all the original tags. 3. not show any signs of use or misuse. 4. include the original packing slip. 5. Assembled items cannot be returned. Also please understand 1. You are responsible for the cost of the shipping unless the returned item(s) is defective or is a result of an error on our part. 2. If you are returning a gift or a sale item, we can only issue a merchandise credit. 3. We cannot refund shipping or handling fees on certain drop ship items. Please contact our customer service at sales.treehousetoys@gmail.com for more information. 4. It is always best to obtain a tracking number when shipping items back. We regret we are not responsible for lost returned items or returned items damaged in shipping. 5. We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise if all criteria are not met. If the return shipment is unacceptable we reserve the right to withhold credit and all costs will be paid by the customer. To Make a Return 1. Please email sales.treehousetoys@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Include in your email the order number, your name, address and identify the item you would like to return. 2. With your RA number on the shipping box, you may send the item(s) to: Returns Treehouse Toys 47 Exchange Street Portland, ME 04101 3. We will send you an email when your return is processed and issue you credit. 4 If you are returning a gift or sale merchandise we will send you a merchandise credit. Thank You! |
