Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday - orders placed after 3pm EST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

All of our orders are shipped via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, or via the USPS.

In-Store Pick-Up

Place an order online before 9am, and your order will be ready by 11am the same day!

If your order is placed after 9am, it will be ready by 11am the following day.

We offer complimentary Gift-Wrapping! If you would like items wrapped, simply click next to Yes, please! under Complimentary Gift Wrapping, when you add toys to the cart. If you'd like to write a note to your recipient, select Add Gift Options during checkout. There you can either leave us comments regarding your order, or write a gift note.

Returns & Exchanges

We are proud of the products we sell and want you to be delighted with your purchase. The Returns & Exchanges Policy stated here is for Web Site Orders only. If you have any questions regarding products purchased in our retail stores, please contact us directly. (888-560-8697)

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us online, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and we will refund the purchase price.

Please Note: the item(s) you want to return must

1. have been purchase through our website

2. be in the original packaging and have all of the original tags

3. not show any signs of use or misuse

4. include the original packing slip


1. you are responsible for the cost of the shipping, unless the returned item(s) is defective or is a result of an error on our part

2. we recommend obtaining a tracking number when shipping items back, as we cannot be responsible for lost returned items

Our Store Locations

Come visit us! We'd love to see you in person!  We have two store locations - at 47 Exchange Street in Portland Maine, and at 143 Market Street in Portsmouth New Hampshire. Both locations are generally open from 10am to 6pm daily, with extended hours in the Summer and during the Holiday Season.
