Ways to shop at Treehouse:
* Portland *
* Shop here - on the website! We are processing orders daily, Monday-Saturday.
* Select either Backdoor Pickup, or Shipping upon checkout.
* Backdoor Pickup (64 Market St) is Monday-Saturday 10am-2pm. Orders placed before 1:30pm, can be picked up same-day. When your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive an email (check spam) and a text!
* We are shipping daily, Monday-Friday. Order placed before 1:30pm will be shipped that same day. When your order is processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (check spam).
* Portsmouth *
* Shop here - on the website! You can have your order shipped, or select Portsmouth Curbside Pickup. Since orders are fulfilled in Portland, online orders for Portsmouth pickup will be ready on the following Thursday. If you need it sooner, see shop by phone below!
* Shop by Phone - 603-433-8697. Kathleen (Store Owner!) will be there Tuesdays-Saturdays, from 10am-3pm to assist you in placing an order.
* Curbside Pickup - Kathleen will get your order ready (even gift-wrap it!) and meet you curbside! Just call her when you arrive.

* Is Backdoor Pickup the same as Curbside Pickup?
Yes! It basically is. We're doing pickups at our back door @ 64 Market Street, because there is usually more space to pull over. The door is also closer to where we prepare the orders, and since there is only one person at the store at a time, that is easier.
* How will you know when I arrive to pickup at the back door?
You can reply to the text we sent you, letting you know your order was ready, or you can call the store.
* Will you be wearing a mask when I pick up my order?
Yes! In both Portland, and Portsmouth, we are taking extra precautions. We are washing our hands, and sanitizing frequently, and will be masked when we handoff your order.
We are happy to set your order on the sidewalk and walk away, put the order in your car for you, hand it to you, just let us know!
* Are you offering free shipping?
We are. We want our products to be as accessible as they can be, so we are still offering free shipping. However, we hope that if you are able, you will be willing to contribute to the fees associated with shipping. Whatever you choose will not affect the method/timeline of your shipment.
